I went to Hermes Upholstery with two car seat bottoms to be repaired. I was told they would get to them in the next week so I left them there.... Two months and three visits later (to find out what the holdup was), they were finished. The seats look nice but the service was bad... I was lied to and I also got some attitude from the lady working there... I can only hope the material and workmanship hold up.
Very quick service and good people to trust with your vehicle.
We have had several leather chairs redone, great friendly service! We were able to schedule it so that they were done on a day that we were closed so that we could get the chair back the next day before our customers were back!!
We also bought new wooden blinds from them! From the consultation about which color to the final install the experience was GREAT! Very friendly and warm service. :o)
