We just bought a used SUV at Rotman Motors. Tom gave us a very fair trade for our old vehicle and didn't misrepresent the vehicle we bought. there was no pressure and it was a real joy to chat with Tom. Over the years our family (Grandparents, Parents, others) have done business there. The service department gives you good communication as well. I will continue to do business there.
P.S. "Owner Tom" I had the money in my pocket to buy the car. Guess what? This isn't the only place to buy a vehicle. I'll go somewhere else that treats customers with respect.
Looked at a used car when they were closed. Called the next day & the owner Tom answered.
I hope this place goes bankrupt. GM needs to pull the franchise.

Tom was rude, arrogant & would not give me any information over the phone demanding my name, number & an appointment first. Oh that appointment... should be 2 hours from now because he's going to lunch. All I wanted was a few simple questions answered but he hung up on me.
Always great service, order parts here frequently and take vehicles in occasionally
